In order to unify the implementation and enforcement of mandatory product certification (hereinafter referred to as CCC certification),Announcement of the General Administration of Market Supervision on the implementation of requirements for explosion-proof electrical and other products from production licenses to mandatory product certification management(Announcement No. 34 of 2019), the implementation requirements for CCC certification of electrical and electronic products used in explosive environments are further clarified as follows:

First, about the scope of certification。For electrical and electronic products used in explosive environments, those that do not comply with the "Announcement of the General Administration of Market Regulation on Optimizing the Catalogue of Mandatory Product Certification" (Announcement No. 18 of 2020) Annex"Mandatory Product Certification Catalogue Description and Definition Form (revised in 2020)Description of explosion-proof electrical products in "(hereinafter referred to as the definition table),Regardless of whether it has the functions and uses of other electrical and electronic products defined in the table, it does not belong to the scope of CCC certification。

Ii. Applicable certification Rules。For explosion-proof electrical products described in the definition table, regardless of whether they have the functions and uses of other electrical and electronic products in the definition table, the product certification rules based on the implementation of CCC certification are "Mandatory Product certification Implementation Rules Explosion-proof Electrical", and other product certification rules are not applicable。

If the relevant designated certification body has issued a CCC certification that does not comply with the above provisions, it should be cancelled as soon as possible。
